We are now going through a 5 week series called Stuff Christians should know.  In Part 1, Alex went over the four characteristics Scripture. 

1)  Authority - the final say
2) Clarity - it is clear
3) Necessity - you need it
4)  Sufficient - it is all you need

The bible is God-breathed.  (2 Tim 3:16-17)  It says only truth; it is always right. 

Psalm 119:9-10  How can I guard my heart?  By living according to God's Word.  God's Word is sufficient.  It is all I need.
