The purpose of THE FOUNDATION is to equip the lay leadership of Harvest Bible Chapel for effective and fruitful ministry. Open to the entire church body, THE FOUNDATION is focused primarily on leadership training and development. Small group leaders, Flock Leaders and others in leadership capacity are encouraged to register for classes. Classes are taught primarily by Harvest pastoral staff, and cover both doctrinal and pastoral topics.
